These terms describe how the academy's programming and digital-skills materials may be used, what learners and the academy each take responsibility for, and where the limits of that responsibility sit. They apply to every module, exercise file, and written guide published under the GCC Technology Academy name.
GCC Technology Academy publishes structured educational content on programming foundations, application development, coding practice, and general IT skills. Modules are written for self-paced study and for use alongside guided sessions. Nothing here is a certification, a job placement, or a guarantee that a specific technical role will follow. The material is instructional only, and any code you write remains your own work.
You agree to use the modules for personal study and to keep your account details accurate. Do not redistribute exercise files, recorded sessions, or written guides as your own teaching material, and do not resell access. When you submit code for review, it should be your own attempt. Copying solutions from other learners or from external sources without saying so undermines the feedback you receive and may lead to your submission being rejected.
We keep course content updated, answer technical questions within a reasonable time, and give feedback on submitted work. We may revise a module, replace an outdated tool reference, or retire a lesson when the underlying technology changes. Where a scheduled session has to move, we inform enrolled learners in advance. We do not promise uninterrupted access to the learning platform, since maintenance and hosting issues can occur.
The academy is not responsible for how you apply what you learn, for decisions made in a workplace based on course content, or for losses connected to a project you build during or after study. Code samples are provided as teaching examples and are not audited for production use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the scope of the service actually delivered.
You may stop using the materials at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, for example through redistribution of paid content or disruptive behaviour in shared sessions. Where access ends, any outstanding obligations you have toward the academy remain in place.
We may update these terms to reflect new modules, changed tools, or legal requirements. The current version is always the one published on this page, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
